N'OUBLIEZ PAS..... (don't forget....)

• A clip-on reading light (or a plain flashlight) to read when the lights are out on the plane, or if once arrived you wake up in the middle of the night and are sharing a room with your partner and do not want to wake him/her up, but have already been awake for the longest time..... 

• Hat and gloves for when it gets cold.

• Rain poncho and umbrella for the rainy days - which there will be.

• Candy for take off and landing on the plane + snacks in case the food is inedible :)  

• A GREAT book to read and a good magazine.

• A deck of cards or other small game to play on the plane or waiting in the airport - unfortunately delays are common at airports :(

• Bring a copy of your passport and a note of the number to call if you are carrying a debit/credit card and lose it. Also carry a card with the name, address and phone number of the family where you will be staying.
